2022 Grenache Blanc

Tasting Notes

We are excited to share our first production of this varietal with you! A nose of honeysuckle and jasmine greets and is followed by green apple and flint. It finishes with bright acidity and hints of lemon zest. A bright and elegant wine.

Vineyard Notes

Grown at a neighboring vineyard on raw granitic soil, these are some of the last grapes harvested in a given year.

Winemaker Notes

The 2022 Grenache Blanc was fermented in stainless steel over 3 weeks. 25% of the wine was aged in French oak, 10% of which was new. After 9 months of aging, the wine was blended and bottled. The wine did not undergo malolactic fermentation to preserve brightness and acidity.
