This is a great wine to enjoy with a variety of foods…Thai prawns, salmon, sushi, and even along with Alfredo or herbed chicken.

Winemaker Notes

This wine encompasses a delightful sugar/acid balance and is 100% Muscat which emphasizes its varietal character. A long cold fermentation is used to maximize fruitiness.
